We only reach your data through you, and AI will work with it. Here’s what that means for your company, and how this website handles the information you send us.

Access comes from you

We get access to your data only through you. Your team creates our accounts in your systems, decides what each one can reach, and can switch them off at any time. We don’t get your data any other way.

AI will work with your data

Expect AI to work with all of the data you give us access to, both while we build and after your team starts using what we built. We cover this in detail before any work starts, including which AI tools and accounts are involved, so nobody is surprised later.

It’s built in your accounts

Pipelines, warehouses, models and dashboards live in your accounts, and they’re documented so your team can run them after we’re gone. The models, metrics and dashboards we build for you are yours.

How the AI analyst connects

The AI analyst connects through an account your team creates and can switch off. Before it goes live, we agree with you what it can reach, and we set up read-only access, row-level security and query logging where your warehouse supports them. We test it on the questions your team asks most and re-run those tests when your data model changes.

This website

• The site has no logins or accounts, and it doesn’t set its own cookies or use ad trackers. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.
• Every page is served over HTTPS only, and browsers are told to keep using HTTPS for this domain.
• A strict content security policy lets the site run only its own code, plus Cloudflare’s bot check and visit counter and Google’s booking calendar. Fonts are served from our own site. Pages can’t be framed by other sites.
• Contact form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare database that only ClaveloData can reach, and emailed to us through Resend. We keep a scrambled version (a hash) of your IP address for spam control, not the address itself.
• Preview versions of the site sit behind Cloudflare Access, so only people we approve can see them.

Reporting a security issue

If you think you’ve found a security problem with this site, email privacy@clavelodata.com with “Security” in the subject line. We’ll acknowledge your report within three business days and keep you updated while we fix it. Please don’t access or change data that isn’t yours, and don’t disrupt the site while you look.
